BURGER FLOATING IN FAT. LUKE WARM. FRIES LUCHY ... THE POSITIVE ... VERY NICE STAFF. OTHERWISE THERE ARE BETTER BURGER RESTAURANTS.

Food was so well and quite expensive for it. Table requests were also not addressed directly. The waiter was nice.

Its realy good and delisious food maker.hopefully, joe champs long live with their magical food item long long time.

MICE!!!! Disgusting, unhealthy & dangerous! It's disrespectful to the clients to have mice in a restaurant right at the centre of the city! Shame on you! We were there, having our dinner & suddenly we saw a small mouse running around under the tables. And where there is a baby mouse, his parents & siblings are also nearby. I only give two stars because the place has a great view of the streets in Rudolfplatz and the waitors are very attending, hard-working and friendly. But they didn't even appear shocked when we told them about the mice. They just said that they'll inform the manager..I understand that because of Corona the business has probably been financially hurt, but there are some basic hygenic standards that should be kept always! I'm not eating in that place ever!

The taco salad is best! The milkshakes are great too. Everything is of course not low in calories but you know that beforehand ... ;-) typical American sports bar atmosphere. Friendly service. Credit cards are accepted

Always worth a visit! ? Larger location in a great location on Rudolfplatz. Very friendly staff, the food tastes great and the American design rounds off the whole place. Definitely a highlight in Cologne!

Good food, good service and endless TVs / screens. You can see something from everywhere and individual requests (which game / event) are taken into account.

That was the best restaurant visit in a long time. The garlic bread was delicious, the burger was perfect, the steak is better, but everything else is good. The atmosphere is great, if a bit noisy because of the football. But as football fans we can understand that only too well. We'll definitely go again.

It’s okay. The staff could be a bit friendlier and the waiting time for the food was definitely too long. The burgers are average, but very practical that you can choose additives for your burger (costs extra, of course). I personally think the location is great!

Feels like a typical American sports bar. Was able to watch NFL while visiting the city last year.

For me a top sports bar! I thought the food (ribs and quesadilla) was great, the service was super nice to us and the interior was just great. The big screen is of the highest quality. The only drawback, we were right at the shop window, these are leaking and in colder times it is very drawing.

Food tastes good. There is always something going on here. It is of course very crowded on the weekend.

We actually wanted to eat and watch football. Unfortunately, everything outside was full, so we went further and ate somewhere else. It was one of the last beautiful days for this summer. We came back later to have a few more drinks. Outside all tables were occupied (sometimes 4-person tables by one person), so we wanted to get in. I “is there still a place for us inside?” Waiter “yes of course.” Short pause “eat or drink?” I drink" Waiter “No, you have to go outside. If nothing is free you just have to wait. " Outrageous! You will never see a cent of me ...

Like to set there by watching a nice game

Food very expensive for the quality offered. Incapable of service (elderly lady with blond hair). The best thing about the bar was actually the screen. There are better locations in Cologne.

By far the most disgusting "burger" I've been served so far. I just have to use the word disgusting. Meat like a badly rooted Turkish tough kofta. NEVER AGAIN. We were there at 11 p.m., but that doesn't justify something like that. Either we were given old meat or the cook wasn't a cook. Bah

Such a weird experience, I can see the appeal to tourists but this place is TGI Friday’s inbred cousin. Drinks were good, especially the “Swimming Pool”. But they put marinara sauce IN my quesadilla...what the hell. Decent place, you get what you pay for.

Very nice staff. Had the bbq platter for one person and it was delicious, with lots of spare ribs and chicken wings. Doused with a tennesy bbq sauce on top. Couldn't show any more table manners. Was just too good.

Like a good shop anyway. I have been eating here irregularly for more than 15 years. The prices are high, but the location is understandable. The food is good, the drinks delicious and the staff friendly. I'll be back...

Great selection of American dishes and cocktails and wonderful service

As Americans in Cologne there is no better place to get some home food. The staff there are amazing, very nice, and super attentive to what you need! Overall superior service and great people!

Excellent sports bar

Came here for a game and it was a little bit far from the city but it was a nice bar. The food was not perfect but it was oké. It was a busy night but the waitress came on time for the drinks.

Nice place to watch football

Watched Liverpool vs ManUnited game with my Cuzin Atmosphere was really kwl, Food taste quality and pricins is so affordable as well and to watch sports there are so many screens so you are able to watch the game no matter where do you sit.

Truly a fantastic venue !! And do not be fooled by the fact that it is a chain, inside you will find a pile of original memorabilia ... Among jerseys, signed photos (and whoever has more), all of the owner, there is really to lose our mind !!!

The food was poor and poorly cooked. The place is really dirty. Waiters are racist and incompetent to provide a basic service. Not recommended.

Terrible experience in Cologne. Never had such a rude service from a waiter after asking explanation for a couple of things in the bill. Onion rings where very good, the meat in the burger was dry. Just remember not to buy water if you haven't checked that it costs 8€ for a 0.75cl bottle. Not recommended
